Absolutely! Our premium western boots are crafted with top-quality genuine leather, built to last through seasons of wear while maintaining that authentic western look and feel.
Do you offer wide or narrow width options?
Many of our popular styles come in multiple width options. Look for the “Width” selector on product pages where available. If you don’t see your preferred width listed, reach out to our trail guides – we might be able to special order it for you!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for secure checkout. Your payment information is always protected with industry-standard encryption.
Is my payment information secure?
You bet! We take security as seriously as a rattlesnake in your boot. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant systems with the latest encryption technology. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship our western gear worldwide from our headquarters in Panama, US, with the exception of some remote areas in Asia and other regions where carrier service is limited.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable ways to get your boots to your doorstep:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Via EMS on orders over $50, arrives in 15-25 days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information faster than a jackrabbit on a hot griddle! Watch your package’s journey across plains, countryside, or outback right to your door. If you have any concerns about your delivery, our trail guides are ready to help at [email protected].
Why does my tracking show my package is in Panama?
Don’t worry – that’s just our home base! All orders ship from our warehouse at 101 Philadelphia Avenue, PANAMA, US 62077. From there, they make their way to you through our trusted carriers.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
If your gear isn’t quite right, you’ve got 15 days after delivery to send it back for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached. We’ll make it right faster than you can say “yeehaw!”
How do I start a return?
Simply email our trail guides at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll provide return instructions and get your refund or exchange processed promptly.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
