We process orders faster than a cowboy can rope a calf! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to get your western gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders and we don’t ship to some Asian and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Promise

We stand behind our boots and hats like a rancher stands behind his brand. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

Just like you can’t unring a dinner bell, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items (like monogrammed hats)
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Products that show signs of wear or aren’t in original condition

Important: All hats (Men’s Western Hats, Women’s Western Hats) must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

The Return Process – Simple as Pie

Step 1: Send Us a Holler

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our trail guides at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • What items you’re returning/exchanging
  • The reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Pack ‘Em Up Right

Once approved, pack your items:

  • In the original packaging (like a good cowboy cares for his gear)
  • With all tags still attached
  • Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation

Step 3: Send ‘Em Back

We recommend using a trackable shipping method – we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: International returns may take longer for refunds to process due to bank processing times.

Exchange Information

Want to swap for a different size or style? Here’s the lowdown:

  • Exchanges are processed after we receive your return
  • We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days
  • You’ll be responsible for any price differences

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your gear arrived damaged or wasn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right faster than a jackrabbit on a hot griddle! Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue and we’ll send replacements pronto.
